1. Terms

By accessing bluegrassmedicare.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials on this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.


2. Not a Substitute for Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE

Bluegrass Medicare LLC is an independent, licensed insurance agency in Richmond, Kentucky. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, or call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY users call 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to get information on all of your options.

Bluegrass Medicare LLC is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. Content on this Site is provided for general educational purposes only and is not a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, pricing, or enrollment, and should not be treated as personalized insurance, medical, financial, or legal advice.


3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on this Site for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. 4. Agent Licensing Disclosure

Tom Potts is a licensed Kentucky insurance producer. License and appointment details, including Kentucky license number and National Producer Number (NPN), are available on request and are disclosed as required by state and federal law.

Bluegrass Medicare LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Bluegrass Medicare LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this Site, including plan comparisons, cost estimates, or coverage summaries, or otherwise relating to such materials or to any sites linked to this Site. Final plan details, costs, and coverage are governed by the applicable carrier's plan documents.

In no event shall Bluegrass Medicare LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this Site, even if Bluegrass Medicare LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This Site may link to carrier websites and third-party quoting or enrollment tools. We have not reviewed all sites linked to this Site and are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any linked site or tool. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Bluegrass Medicare LLC. Use of any linked website or third-party tool is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

Bluegrass Medicare LLC may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Bluegrass Medicare LLC nor any mobile carrier is responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or not received due to factors outside our control, including network availability, device settings, or carrier filtering.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from Bluegrass Medicare LLC. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you are either the account holder or have the account holder's permission to provide this number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
